Individual, not generic
You may be chasing tournament wins. Or you may want to make more spares, improve your average, bowl more comfortably, or simply hit the headpin more consistently. Mike’s goal is not to make you bowl like everyone else. It is to help you make meaningful progress.

About the Coach
Mike has spent decades learning bowling from both sides of the counter: as a competitive bowler and as a pro shop operator helping bowlers understand their equipment.
He earned his PBA card at 20, was named South PBA Rookie of the Year, and has won six PBA Regional titles. His coaching training includes USBC Bronze and Silver certifications, Kegel Coaching Masters coursework in Direction and Speed & Accuracy, and the Art of Scoring course at the Kegel Training Center.
That mix of competition, coaching, and equipment knowledge shapes MDM Coaching today: diagnose what is actually happening, explain it clearly, and work on changes a bowler can repeat.
Beyond mechanics
With more than 20 years of pro shop experience, Mike can evaluate fit, drilling, ball selection, and arsenal needs as part of the coaching process. The goal is not to sell you more equipment. It is to make sure the equipment you use is helping rather than fighting your game.
From the lanes
Mike posts coaching tips, tournament updates, student wins, and bowling content on Facebook throughout the week.
